"We were in real trouble -- my husband lost his construction job, I have three young kids at home, and we were looking at losing our mortgage. I got my PSU certification just to cover the basics and survive. Boy was I surprised! Our business has done so well, that my husband has joined me. We started out at home, and have now opened a small grooming - boarding - rescue center. I've made enough money to invest in a piece of land tax free, and we will build a pet care center, bird sanctuary, abandoned animal shelter, and other facilities there. Many people are abandoning their pets in this economy. We are not just earning a great new living doing what we love, thanks to your program, we are now helping save the pet victims of this economy. PSU is the only program associated with rescue organizations that can get us grants and gifts for the rescue part of our business."
"I paid over $3,000 to another program, only to find out that I had to go to PSU to get bonded anyway! You'd think with the only remaining intact bonding program after the financial sevices meltdown, PSU would gouge applicants. Just the opposite-- you guys are so ethical that you are less than 10% of the cost of other programs, while still offering so much more, from referrals to grants to bonds to everything we needed to launch our business. I'm making over $180,000 a year in my own business, based at home, and doing what I love thanks to you guys."
"I only got certified to fill in some extra income since I have young kids at home. I'm still a stay at home mom, but I'm now making more than my husband, part time! The old saying that in a bad economy people will still spend on their pets is so true. There are so many couples that both have to work now, I have more business than I can handle with just my dog exercise -- feeding route.
